Her hands gently held me from the day I took my first breath. 

Her hands helped to guide me as I took my first step. 

Her hands held me close when the tears would start to fall. 

Her hands were quick to show me that she would take care of it all. 

Her hands were there to brush my hair, straighten or a wayward bow. 

Her hands were often there to comfort the hurt that did not always show. 

Her hands helped hold the stars in place, and encouraged me to reach. 

Her hands would clap and cheer and praise when I captured them at length. 

Her hands would also push me, though not down or in harm's way. 

Her hands would punctuate the words, just do what I say. 

Her hands sometimes had to discipline, to help this young tree bend. 

Her hands would shape and mold me into all she knew I could be. 

Her hands are now twisting with age and years of work, 

her hand now needs my gentle touch to rub away the hurt. 

Her hands are more beautiful than anything can be. 

Her hands are the reason I am me.

Being a student is really hard, but I think it is not, because by your dedication to strive your goal you can do all things. They say that there is a part of studying when you can learn at the same time having fun and that is HIGHSCHOOL LIFE. Highschool is cool because this level of learning you can interact with different kinds of persons. Highschool is the best experience that we should not miss.

                                       

            Highschool can be described in many ways, but the most general description is; FUN, WILD, MEMORABLE. First, because highchool Fun is about interacting with one another it is the time of team building with each other and it also deals with the happiness of your section having fun and making fun with one another. Second, being wild is the first description because all new things will be experienced in this stage, this I the stage of your life that you are being curious with the things around you and it comes with green jokes, love life, heartaches, and also having enemies. This is the time you are exploring the new world of being a teenager. Lastly, Unforgettable because all in all this is the series of our life that we are definitely treasuring every moment because we know highschool do not last forever but instead through reminiscing the happy moments you have done in high school will not be forgotten until the end of time.

                                              

                                           

            I conclude that high school was the best experience that I ever had and we should treasure all the moments that we have done inside and outside the campus. Highschool was the greatest opportunity that was given to us because this is the time when we can communicate and interact with different culture of people. This stage of our life is the beginning of being a teenager and it will last until we are fulfilled with our duties and to be qualified as a young adult or adult.

                    I can not imagine living my life without my family by my side. Family is very important and valuable to me and is something that should never be taken for granted. Without my family, a large part of my life and culture would be missing.
             Whether it's my grandparent, my sister, my baby brother, my mom, or my dad, I know I can always count on someone to help me feel better. In fact, I think that this is probably the most important thing that my family has taught me; a family is made up of people who you can trust and who you can count on. Too many times today, we read in the papers about the families where parents abuse their children, verbally and physically. What these parents do not realize is that they are either beginning or involving themselves in a vicious circle of hate in families. When parents abuse their children, they are telling their children that that is the way to raise children, and this is what their children learn. I was lucky, I have learned differently, because my family cares about me, and I care about them.  
             In this world of doubt, insecurity, and fear, my family is always there for me, holding their arms open to me with love. On the first day of first grade, I did not want to go to school, I had butterflies in my stomach and I found it difficult to walk because I was so nervous. The only reason that I finally went into the classroom is because my mom walked in with me, and promised me that as soon as school was out, she'd be there waiting for me, ready to bring me back to where I felt most comfortable , my family.

Camp Sawi revolves around five women - Bridgitte (Bela Padilla), who was dumped by her Chinese boyfriend after 10 years because of she was not Chinese; Gwen (Arci Munoz) who was dumped by her rocker boyfriend just because he wanted to move on with someone else; Jessica (Yassi Pressman), a cheerleader who finds out that her jock boyfriend of actually wants to be with another guy; Joanne (Kim Molina) who loses her boyfriend to a freak accident immediately after they get engaged, and Clarisse (Andi Eigenmann), a successful career woman who is seeing an older married man in secret. They sign up for Camp Sawi, camp run by master Louie (Sam Milby) to find peace and move on.


When I first saw the trailer of this movie, it was implied that the five women will enter the camp only to find themselves entangled in another romantic conflict involving the camp master. I'm glad that the script and the direction (both by Irene Villamor) did not go down this route and instead focused on the women's journeys to get over their heartbreaks and find themselves in the process.


I liked that the film took the time to establish the different characters and their individual plights - to tell each of their stories, although obviously, there were stories that were highlighted more than the others.


The cast was pretty strong and likeable, but the standout was Gwen (Arci) who really shone with her excellent comedic timing and her portrayal of such a likeable character. I liked the other cat members' performances as well. Yassi, while her character was bright and bubbly 80 percent of the time, also pulled off the dramatic journey of Jessica when the scene commanded it. Bela Padilla took a large portion of the movie but the manner in which she played her character was very chill and releateable the women in the audience could identify with her.


I liked Kim Molina's character as well although it was dark and broody. I had a little bit of trouble warming up to Clarisse though, and felt that Andi underplayed the character. Clarisse's calmness felt out of place in camp full of animated women and I felt like she was holding back the whole time in order to deliver the dramatics at the end, much like a singer who starts out with a super low key in order to reach the high notes at the end. However, in doing so, I never quite identified with her character and felt that there was something missing even after her big moment was over.


I liked that the secondary characters were not just in the movie for comic relief because they too, raised very valid points and suffered through (in my opinion) even deeper heartbreak especially because unlike the main cast, they were not super pretty and sexy.


There were times that I felt like the film highlighted the physical assets of the main cast too much, making sure that they were always garbed in short shorts or bikinis (although I admit that I hardly expect them to wear long pants and long sleeves in a beach setting). There were also excessively long montages that went through the entire song that I felt were a bit too lengthy although the song choices were good and fitting for the situations.


While the film was able to portray the women's heartbreak extensively, and achieved balancing out the lightness and the heaviness of going through a breakup, I would have appreciated it if the filmmakers followed through on the opening for Louie's story to even out the film with a male perspective of heartbreak. Let's face it, girls do not have the monopoly on broken hearts.


All in all, Camp Sawi was a good film, although I think the audience's appreciation for the film is commensurate to the amount of heartbreak and determination they have experienced in their personal lives. The film raises a lot of valid points from a woman's perspective and inspires women empowerment but sadly is unfair to the male population as it does not represent their views and all in order to emphasize the female characters' pain and suffering. While I am part of the female population and appreciate the goal of the story to uplift women, I just felt that the message was a tad lopsided and divisive. Kudos to the cinematography and direction though.

              Vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy and most awaited day to everyone, especially to students.  Every year my school closes in the end of the month of March and reopens by the first week of June.
          It was too hot in this season. Everyone seems to do something that can ease their stress.The sun was scorching and the wind was deliberating. Of course i want to ease my stress too, so i ask my friends if they want to have a bonding.So that, my friends  had invited me to go Punta de Fabian Resort .I'm so really happy and i felt excited in that day. I think it will be gonna one of the best day of my summer vacation.So, this is it !  Me and my friends were went in that resort. We prepared all the things that we need like foods, clothes, money and of course camera, that will captures the moments that we will happen.We used my friend's car to went in that place. When we are in that place, we welcomed us with a warm heart..Were felt excitement because there's a lot of beautiful surroundings.  All of us were amazed to the over looking that catch our attention. We also enjoyed the infinity pool wherein we swum for a long time. In the mean time, we decided to have a played. After that, we ate a lot of foods and rested and then we entered in a maze and tried to find the exit way.
         

                                       
       
         This summer vacation was so really fun. I know it is one the memorable things that happened in my life. I wont never forget this memories because we captured the every seconds that we spend each other. For me, Punta De Fabian Resort is also one of the best place that i've ever been. Of all the vacations in my life, this was my best summer vacation ever, mainly because my friends were also there. We had collected memories for a lifetime. I told my parents that we will plan similar holidays for every summer vacation, in the coming years.
         I will await the next summer holidays and would love to go on this type of vacation again and again.

                     July 25, 2016 – The date that President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivered his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) in front of law makers and guests at the Batasan Pambansa in Quezon City. True to his words, the SONA of President Duterte has strong message of change for the Filipinos. Here are some speeches that he delivered in his SONA. First, on fighting against criminality and corruption, Duterte said it will be relentless. He promised not to stop until the last drug lord. He encouraged the police officers and the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) to do their job. He also emphasized that human rights must uplift dignity. Second is on taxation, he said that the government will pursue reforming the old tax system. Third, on Reproductive Health issues, he said that RH Law must be put in full force. I know that we will be happy on this good news that our President said, President Duterte announced good news about free WiFi access in select public places - including LRT, MRT and government offices. The powerful SONA, which was estimated to last for 38 minutes, went over an hour and 32 minutes overtime as a number of important national issues and legislative proposals were tackled by the President. 

                      For me, the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte was delivered clearly and meaningfully. It is nice because I know it is the start of change of our community. I know that it will help us in able to have a unity and strong country. But it doesn’t mean only President Duterte will do that, of course the true change will start on us. Let’s help our President to serves as an inspiration to all people. Let’s love and embrace our country wholeheartedly.

Did you ever startle yourself by asking, “Does God exist?” This is a question that all people may have asked themselves. There’s a people say that there is a God. But how can they be sure that God exists. 

         It would be impossible for us to live on earth if it is not exactly properly arranged the things in our surroundings, that one of this are not discover nor understand clearly until now. Some of these are the location of planet Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy and in Solar System, also the orbit, rotation and an ordinary moon of the planet. The magnetic field that serves as second shield, a cycle that sustains and cleans the air and water in our planet. Ask yourself, “Is our planet Earth created by someone with perfectly design or it is only an incident?” Scientists are convinced that our universe began with one enormous explosion of energy and light, which we now call the Big Bang. This was the singular start to everything that exists: the beginning of the universe, the start of space, and even the initial start of time itself. Astrophysicist Robert Jastrow, a self-described agnostic, stated, "The seed of everything that has happened in the Universe was planted in that first instant; every star, every planet and every living creature in the Universe came into being as a result of events that were set in motion in the moment of the cosmic explosion...The Universe flashed into being, and we cannot find out what caused that to happen." But despite all of this, there’s a people believed that the universe and also our planet, the planet Earth was created by God. There are many examples showing God's design could be given that people’s believed. First our planet Earth, there is a theory that the earth is created by God. The size of our planet is so perfect. The Earth's size and corresponding gravity holds a thin layer of mostly nitrogen and oxygen gases, only extending about 50 miles above the Earth's surface. If our planet were smaller, an atmosphere would be impossible, like the planet Mercury and if our planet were larger, its atmosphere would contain free hydrogen, like Jupiter. Earth is the only known planet equipped with an atmosphere of the right mixture of gases to sustain plant, animal and human life. Second is our Moon, our moon has a perfect size and distance from the Earth for its gravitational pull. The moon creates important ocean tides and movement so ocean waters do not stagnate, and yet our massive oceans are restrained from spilling over across the continents. Third is water, we all known that without water, no living things can survive? The water in our planet has characteristics uniquely that suited to life. It has wide margin between its boiling point and freezing point. Water is also chemically neutral. Without affecting the makeup of the substances it carries, water enables food, medicines and minerals to be absorbed and used by the body. It has a unique surface tension. Water in plants can therefore flow upward against gravity, bringing life-giving water and nutrients to the top of even the tallest trees. It is also freezes from the top down and floats, so fish can live in the winter. And last, of course is the human brain that simultaneously processes an amazing amount of information. Our brain takes in all the colors and objects that we see, the temperature around us, the pressure of our feet against the floor, the sounds around us, even the dryness of our mouth. Our brain holds and processes all our emotions, thoughts and memories. At the same time our brain keeps track of the ongoing functions of our body like breathing pattern, eyelid movement, hunger and movement of the muscles in our hands. 
            
             As over all, I conclude that all things in our surroundings can prove the existence of God, the things that was created perfectly. But it doesn’t mean you should believe that God is really exists. It is up to you if you will believe it or not. But keep on our mind the Bible says that we must accept by faith the fact that God exists: “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). If God so desired, he could simply appear and prove to the whole world that he exists. But if he did that, there would be no need for faith.” Then Jesus told him, “because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed’” (John 20:29).
